A few questions

I have a few questions maybe someone can help me out :

1. I found an abandoned farm near me, some walls destroyed, a few red buildings but it has a totem and i am not sure what to do. If i enter and get some crops can someone else track me down and kill me ?
2. I have a palisade and my hearth fire is inside a house ... can they summon me from outside or they would have to break in and enter the house to summon me ?
3. What growing time do trees have ? I looked on wiki but it doesn't tell the growing time for trees.
4. How does the quality works for trees ? Is it like crops -5+5 or is it based only on materials ?
5. Found a quality 60 soil spot but it's a small totem right on top of it, if i dig soil can someone actually track me down and summon me for that ?
6. I explored a lot and checked 5 mountain areas but haven't seen any spot for quality stone, not even 11 quality, all i get is 10 quality. Is there a trick to these ? Do you have to mine in caves or something to get quality stone ?
7. Don't have much to trade, my items and crop quality is 10-15 but i seen on trade forum a lot of people looking for foragebles. The problem is there are very far from me, is there any other way to get to them beside spending half day on my boat risking to get killed and my goods taken?
8. I am full change and this is from wiki : "Death results in a 75% loss to skills and stats. (about 93% total LP loss excluding personal claim)." 93% , that means is like game over if i die ?

They have to break in and enter house.

A week or so real time, on native terrain. 2 weeks and upwards on non-native.

Yes, if you leave scents.

No, you can dig on mountain and find Q stone. Explore more.

Build personal village idol and teleport with trader alt back and forth

It means that if you die with 1000000 LP total worth of skills, you will inherit about 70k~ worth of skills. Is that a game over or not - you decide.

Thanks a lot for the fast answers it's just one thing i don't get it, can i build an idol on my claim or do i have to make a village and if so can i build it on my own ? I mean i don't care about the village i just want that transporting idol, do i have to take care of the village or something ?

Building an idol = making a village. And yes, you can do it alone and on your personal claim.
