Destroying Paving?

So my friend and I just finished our pali, but we messed up on some paving.

Is there any way to revert paying/stomp to earth/plowing to normal ground?

Plant grass (using a seed).

Doesn't that require plowed land?

Planting grass and planting seeds (crops) are two different things. Plant grass via the landscaping menu.
