Fishing Pole

When i put the line and lures on the fishing pole, its still incomplete. Not sure if bugged or im doing something noobish. Tried with plant fibres and spindly taproot, also tried all the lures. Do i have to hav the bonehook aswell?

Just ride around on a boat for a while and us a custom client to zoom out and hide trees.

There are a few others, but they haven't been maintained properly. A couple of the players keep them functioning, but no improvements have been released publicly.
