Is there something up with my taming?

There is 0 intensity, 3 initiatives, but I am unsure how to read the scale. Its tilted to the right, does that mean I have the advantage or does the boar I am trying to tame have the advantage? I've been trying to use quell the beast but its not working
The First Time Overconfident Hunter:LoLoL! Look at the boar run! I think I am going to go up to it and- OMG ITS CHASING ME! Oh hey a deer..... BUT ITS STILL CHASING ME *gore'd*
