Plaice seems to be the easiest to obtain.

Eating lots of carrots, peapods and beetroots should do the trick.

Anyway, does fishing in shallow water mean that i stand in shallow water and fish in the deep one and deep water to fish from a boat in the middle of a river? how could i fish something that should be in the shallow one?

The only way to fish in shallow water is at a lake, while deep water fishing can be done in either river or lake with or without a boat.

Where you click at is where you fish i.e. standing at the edge of a river and clicking in the dark blue area of the water means you are fishing in deep water compared to clicking in the light blue shallow water of a lake.

Make sure you click with the fishing skill in the shallow (light blue) water.

how high is the chance to catch a fish in a lake? i've tryed it 3 times in the shallow water and have'nt got any fish
does the fish animation is the same in lakes like in rivers?

I think you need to be near a fish node (jumping fish out of the water).

Try different kinds of bait (worm, stone, wood...)
