Owning a second land

Hi there, im new on the game (just like a week playing) and i would like to know how can I claim a second land, i have claimed a first land, and i want to claim a second, but it says: "You cannot have more that one plot" so, what could i do to get a second one? thank you all and sorry my bad english ^^U
