that was extremely informative. I just killed a mouflon and now I'm in the process of taming another. I have just successfully quelled it the first time(20 points). I know I need to wait for it to aggro again. Does this mean I need to wait for it to hit me? Or can I stand far away from the fence and wait for it to try to attack me. Also I'm guessing this means when his pictures shows up in my upper left hand corner. Or does it just mean when he bucks? and one last question.... I know I have to start the process over again, but which part of the process? I read a lot of the taming guides already but they haven't answered these questions.

You can stand far away and wait for it to attack you. You are correct, when it reaggros its picture will appear in the top right hand corner again. Battle is restarted entirely so you need to regain initiative, gain combat advantage, reduce intensity to 0, and then quell again.
