Tea making, possible glitch?

I have planted and harvested tea leaves, and have pottery and have made quite a bit of stuff with pottery. The wiki says to make a tea pot all you need is pottery and clay. Tea pot is not appearing on my list of items I can make (All thats there is Jar and Treeplanter's Pot) so I have a big stash of tea leaves now but no way to make tea. Is it a glitch that the ability to make it is not showing up or did I miss something?
