First Time boar

How do i kill a boar i have a sling 20 marksmanship and 2 friends that can help me.
can anyone tell how to kill a boar whitout die or be knocked

Get in a boat, find a boar and start slinging away. If it starts to run, chase after it and punch it to death. As long as you keep them aggroed, they won't attack you after they start running.

Also, if you sling them from a boat right after they twitch, they won't run. This is easier with more people shooting it at the same time.

You can also hop from the boat, stand in the place still, and wait for the animal to come back. Hit and let him run when he wants, and dont move. It's good for bears specially, the important part is not to move, since sometimes when you move they will come back at your previous place, show a WTF face and run+despawn.

Yes, and likely to be fixed when animal AI gets a significant rework.
