What affects bow aiming speed?

I read somewhere that bow aiming speed is half the sling aiming speed.

My sling had an ok speed at 60 MM, so I upped it to 130, and my sling aim speed is much faster, but my bow aiming speed is still painfully slow.

Am I supposed to improve some other stats to increase my bow aiming speed?

Make better arrows and bows. Whichever is lower in Q will decide your speed.

That's not true for slings. Mine was 39, so it's effects stop increasing at 78 MM , but it definitely aims faster at 130 MM.

My bow is QL 23 with QL 10 arrows, for practice. I have QL60 arrows, but I'm saving those for bears.

EDIT: Wiki say's you're right. Gonna see if I can up my bow quality.

You will get no benefit in the sling from a MM higher than 78. It must be an illusion.

You will get no benefit in the bow with q10 arrows from a MM higher than 20.

You will get no benefit in the bow with q60 arrows from a MM higher than 46.
