House wrecker?

Literally, how do i stop this guy from breaking my house apart? I can't engage him in combat even on my own claim.

Nothing at this point. Best you can hope to do is grab what you can from there. If you have Ranging, gather scents and try to find a nearby Ranger to hunt the guy down. If you don't have ranging, you can still try to get someone to help you. However, this is all for naught if you don't have your house on a claim, as nobody really owns it and anyone can destroy it. If this is the case, I'm sure the guy already picked over what he wanted out of the house.
In the future, make sure you have everything on a claim. Put up, at a bare minimum, a roundpole fence that is completely claimed until you can build a palisade. Make a palisade a priority.
