Q of grass?

Okay probably stupid question, but if I plant grass, is the resulting grass q of seed or underlying soil?
Can anybody fly this thing?

soil q if youre talking about forageables. (grass itself has no q)

I'm pretty sure that grass is always Q10 (when counted as fodder).
