quality of wheat seeds

Hi I´ve got a question. Does the quality of wheat seeds have an effect on the following wheat seeds when growing them?

More precisely, is there any difference between planting q3 wheat seeds or q40 wheat seeds?

Yes, better seeds grow better wheat, but only if you have high enough farming.

ok thank you. So theoretically you can have wheat seeds with unlimited quality right? It`s just a matter of time.

It would be great to see the exact formula...

Seed quality improves rather quickly. You can get ~5 quality in a single generation. The limiting factor is your farming skill.
