HearthFire transportation

Since I just got the game 2 days ago, I don't know if you can carry things and teleport to your hearthfire. Carrying a boatfilled with crops and teleporting to home with the boat would be nice, but i don't want to try it, and leave my boat somewhere where i cant ever find it in the woods. I just want to know, since my inventory is full, and I have 2 chest full of stuff i need. I didn't see it on wiki, so I'm not sure.

Thanks, now I can finally grow crops (since I got them now) and not worry about losing my way to camp, one more question, is this the same with carts?

no you can only take stuff with you can lift above your head.that means no carts, wagons or leashed cattle

Or assembled rafts, though you can travel with raft pieces.
