How does pvp work?

So some questions regarding hnh
1 What happens if I kill someone with a claim. Does the claim disappear or his new char can reclaim it?
2 When I kill someone, where do my footsteps lead, to heartfire or to my current location?
3 Do I need trespasser skill to attack on claimed land?
4 How do I make the bow more powerful? Need more strength?

1. Nope, the claim stays. FOREVER. If the player makes a new character and inherits, that character will take control of the claim.
2. Both.
3. You'll need the skills rage to aggro, and murder to kill. If they attack you, then you can fight back without the rage skill.
4. Bow damage is fixed, for now.
