Can someone help?

Postby FictionRyu » Wed Jun 01, 2011 6:38 am

I need help on inheriting my deceased guy...

Here's the sitch:

I choose my form(Male), I equip on all the started gear, and I go to my deceased Tombstone, click inherit, a little red sparkle pops up(which I take as some sort of confirmation type thing), and I go to go up the ladder but it says I need to choose a name first so I put in the name I want(which is the one I had previously), but it says I already have a guy with that name.

Now, my question is...Don't I inherit my deceased name aswel as all of the possesions? Or do I have to have a new name then I can inheit all the possesions and etc?

Also, if I go up the ladder...does it take me back to where I died at? With everything still in-tact?

Names are unique to an account. You will have to name him something else as when you check your character on the Account page, you can browse through your ancestors.

The ladder will take you back to where your last hearth fire was at. If the last character had no hearth fire, you spawn at random in the wilderness.

Another question...What happened to all my stuff? from my ancestor?

Equipment is on ur dead characters body. The body becomes a skeleton after about an hour and all the stuff is dropped on the ground

No. it only persists for the time it takes for the map to unload or about 20 minutes if the map doesn't unload first.
