Survival over 193 decreases deer meat and bone quality?

since i got over 193 survival butchered deer meat lowered from 76 to 74 and deer bones and antler from 100 to 99...can anyone confirm that survival 193 is the cause?

Meat q can be lowered by using a lower q cutting tool, but I have no idea how you are getting lower bones.

I'm using the same axe - looks like i have to watch the complete process from hunting on to find the reason

Happened to me once too, 1q lower stuffs than should be. Haven't figured the reason either.

Couldn't the deer be of slightly lower level? I heard this happens when they are near civilization, though I don't have a quote or anything or even remember if it was from a reliable source.

The level doesn't always show also.

If it was civ influence, Q would be a bit more than 1q less, imo.

I recall back then, lvl X deer is q100 capped and Lvl IX deer is q99 though don't think that was the case as animal levels are generally static now.

From my experience, I've gotten 199 bones from X Bears before. Its kinda like its Lv9.9 but the game rounds it up to X instead of Lv IX
