Ok, so I find some good resources, on a claim. the owner of this claim has quit playing the game, hasn't logged on in weeks. how can I remove their claim and take ownership?

is it simply a matter of trespassing to destroy the totem? and can it even be destroyed?

is this even possible?

build a village idol and declaim with lawspeaker ability "revoke the priveledge"

does the same rule apply to dead villages??

if the village has 0 authority, walk up to the totem and take lawspeaker.

or destroy the town stone if you don't ant it there.
