Twas lookin across Congress, at the Taar raid thread and the pic piqued my interest. It's regarding that silverish headwear, similar to a bear cape head.

I've never seen it, and couldn't find it in the Wiki.

Could it be just some sort of img mod? or an item I never knew about?

It's a bear cape, image modded to look like a wolf cape for some unknown reason.
