Peculiar Flotsam findings?

My P*E is 150, but I have yet to see a single Peculiar Flotsam. I've have gone all through lakes and rivers!

That is the minimum, and they are very rare, even when you can see them 100% of the time.

Right now I've been using ants, fish eyes, dragonflies, and Lady Bugs. Some occasional Dewy Lady's Mantles as well.

Welll its the minimum so it doesnt mean you will see them you just can
I had never seen any until one day I found two togetther and havent found any since
my PxE was around 300 at the time and now it is over 600 and I haven´t seen any
You should just wait and if they weren´t so hard to find they wouldn´t be so valuable

They arent very rare and they are common water thing. Just go hunting on boat you will find some. And the min for me is 220.

you just have to be lucky, i found one a week ago with my alt whilst he is only 250 per*exp
