Cannot create Boar Tusk Helmet

Hey guys,
I can't create the item Boar Tusk Helmet, even though I have the right skill (leather working) and the materials (2 leather and 2 boar tusks). I would look under the menu for making hats and it doesn't show up.

Please help D:

You need to have discovered both Leather(removed directly from tub) and Boar Tusk (removed directly from animal).
