Carrying knocked up people could lead to some abuses:
1. Knock someone.
2. Drag to vault cellar
3. Kill him.
4. No murder scents around.
5. ...
6. Profit!

Not really an abuse, just an advantage of having a vault cellar.

i was more thinking that you pick them up and port to your house then forever keep them as a slave...i was actually thinking it for battles, if you see a knocked out brother in arms, you can pick them up and take them to safety before somebody kills them

Vaults should be weakened not strenghtened.

Could it be possible to make it so that you could pick them up, but not teleport them or change "world" (outside/inside/cave)? That would remove *most* of the serial killer torture dungeon imbalance problem here, as far as i can see.
