Can someone help me?

I just got the Yeomanry skill and ive read that i have to stake a claim through Adventure-->Stake Claim. However, when i go to my adventure menu, the option to stake a claim is not there. can sombody explain why this is?

you need to discover the ingredients required to stake a claim which are beautiful dream, branches, and bones.
