Crucible?

Not sure if this is a bug or if I'm just stupid, but I'm banking on the latter. Move it to bugs if necessary...

I was trying to make a prism, so I built an alloying crucible. Clicking around like an idiot, I accidentally dropped a raw glass, and couldn't see it. So I moved the crucible to see it and pick it up. But when I tried to use the crucible after I set it down and got the glass, I discovered that I couldn't interact with it at all -- except to destroy.

I could have another one made within the hour with no real problem, but I'm really aggravated about this. Am I just not doing it right? Or is this a bug? Please help!

Could be a bug. You should be able to interact with one after moving it. Try loading fuel in it to see if that 'fixes' things.

Haven't done anything to it and it works now (after I built another one x.x) I'm guessing that during the server shutdown Jorb & Loftar fixed it (if it was a bug).

I've just had this too: lagged out while in the middle of crafting a prism, on logging back in can't interact with the crucible. Quitting the client and reopening hasn't helped.

It was possible to log in with another account and use that crucible a few minutes later, the first one has now left the scene to go use a different crucible somewhere else, will try again later.

Putting more coal in worked in that the coal went in, but did not allow the first character to use the crucible. The one on the second account could see the coal in there and all was normal.
