With the attitude I'm wondering whether this is a seriously posed question. In case it is:

You use the combat skill "shoot" and just wait until the bar fills. Since you have only 1 marksmanship the bar will not fill. Normally you wait until the bar is in the green area somewhere and simply click again to shoot and hopefully hit.
