Wierdest fking thing tha happenend to me

Okay so when i opened up haven and hearth at my charecters menu my guys had a white background and when when logged in i lagged like hell i never lagged this bad before(ahem by the way if put this topic in the wrong place tell me where ta put it)and suggestion what to do to fix this?
