Fox HHP finisher

Ok, here's the deal. I've recently fell unconscious after not noticing that sing-palisade won't stop an adversary fox.
But it fortunatelly didn't finish me.

The questions are:
-How often will fox spare a player after KO?
-How does HHP finisher work? Will fox simply hit me once for say 100 HHP, or will it just attack me till death?

Fox's only KO you, they don't have murder. The only way one could kill you is if your HHP was already very low and it hit through your SHP and HHP in one hit, but that is very unlikely.

What about boar and bear?
And animals that sometimes attack you?

I had cows kill me. One came and knocked me out, the second hit for like half my HHP, the third killed me. Similar can happen with foxes I assume, if you're already low, they can hit you and damage your HHP. But, they only get that one extra attack, if any. They break aggro after that. Now boars on the other hand...

all animals have murder. they don't always use it. nobody but loftar and maybe jorb know the % chance.

Too bad. But that is of course, fox would have less % than boar?
And how does murder work? One hit ore multiple till death?

If any animal goes to finish you off, it won't de-aggro. It will just keep hitting you until dead. Sometimes the animals will de-aggro, stop for a moment, and then attack again. Other times, they just wander off giving you time to get the heck out of Dodge.
