username/password incorrect

Postby matt3206 » Sat Jul 16, 2011 8:26 pm

Ok so when i use this client >>> "javaws http://www.havenandhearth.com/java/haven.jnlp". It accepts my user name and password and I am able to log-in.
But if I use enders client I get username/password incorrect :?: . I tried multiple times to rule out the possibility of a user error i.e. "fat fingering"
Has anyone else encountered this problem, and what could be a possible solution? I am using the latest distribution of Ubuntu. And of course I want to use enders client because of the higher screen resolution :D

[EDIT: I have the linux version from mediashare but when I try to log in form there it returns with client is too old. :? ]

[2nd EDIT: My run.bat reads as follows>> java -Xms256m -Xmx512m -jar haven.jar sh.seatribe.se. My haven.jar is 856.5 KB., Thanks for any help.]

Ok so I replaced the haven.jar file, and right after I log in it says its connecting but then window just closes out to the desktop...

Ok finally fixed it. After skimming through some of ender's posts I copied the res folder in the update into the client folder and it fixed the crashes i was experiencing after logging in. :ugeek:
