At the moment, get your exploration up so you can spot better curiosities, get boat building, and travel by boat for maximum speed. Raid ant hills, sweep swamps catching dragonflies, make cone cows and bark boats, and do your best to find intelligence foods as you go. If you can get a flotsam or two and you're in an area with a large town, see if you can trade for a decent necromancer's cloak to boost your intelligence. Keep pushing exploration until you can consistently and quickly fill your memventory by exploring swamps, mountains, and water ways.

Memventory, I like that...

I'm fond of dragonflies myself. 4 hour study time lends to a casual turnover rate, and they provide nice points. They're easy to hunt too, just right click them and read a book while you wade through the swamp. Plus there's the occasional Ruby Dragonfly, which are much more appealing.

Full change, but when you would die, you would die hard.
If you don't have full life go for it. Animals have no HHP, players can be hit with HSP damage traded into full HHP after KO. You get some change everytime you change anything (except for tradition of course).
This will give you 300% boost and anything will be good.
Get exploration lvl 20. Eat carrots for PER FEP. Forage curiosities. With a boat, and enders hide option. It should do just fine.

No point in increasing change as it moves automatically when you change other things. Switch to full peaceful so you'll be at 360% Learning Rate.
It's not like you were going to be killing anyone any time soon anyway.

Full peaceful should be everyone's first goal. Even if you die as a vulnerable noob, what are you losing? 2 points or something? The 360% learning rate is far more valuable than the small amount of stats saved in young life.
