There is a clay spot nearby, q35 max i think.

We took some clay, not it gives only q30 :/

How much time for it to get back to 35?
Generally, how much time for 1 quality point?

8 hours = 1 quality point. There is a specific time in those 8 hours when it happens, but it's once every 8 hours. Some say Midnight, some say Dawn.
