Can not build a Palisade

Hello. I started playing HnH again yesterday, I got Yeomanry and claimed ground etc. but what I am not understanding is that I can build a Palisade. There is no option except the normal fence. I got Russians stealing from me so I need a Palisade asap.

You have to earn the discovery for each item yourself. I'm guessing you're missing the bone glue or leather.
