If I make BBB's with Pork instead of Boar, do I still get the pork bonus?

Roasted Boar gives 2 str FEP, Roasted Pork give 3 str, 3 con FEP. Both can be used to make Big Bear Banger's.

That's no bonus, those are simply different items.
It doesn't matter what BBBs are made of, they have their set amount of FEPs.

Depends, if you have many pigs then it's easier to slaughter few of them than to hunt for boars. Especially if those pigs have higher quality meat / bones

It's basically like branches and boughs. You can easily use branches to make a fire or a roundpole fence, but you can also use boughs anywhere you use branches if you need to. Same result, just a different means to an end.

Yeah, pork should be close to q100 these days, so it should beat boar meat for making BBBs.
