Today I have noticed weird thing. I have removed my personal claim from my village area, I got the LP back for it and... village gained authority.

Is this normal? Are there some limits to this? If not then it would seem like infinite authority generator - stake claim for 200 000 LP, declaim, claim again and so on...

No idea if this is classified as a bug or exploit of mechanics or not, but...

Yes, this is normal (for the time being). Any time a character gains LP, the village gains Authority based on that character's Cha and Int scores.
