how do i build a boat(possible glitch?)

I have these current skills: boat building, carpentry, fishing, foraging, hunting, lumberjacking,

I go into my build icon, and in there i have access to only containers, furniture, walls and fences, and the drying rack


Did the game glitch on me, or am i missing where the icon is to build the boat. I also checked the wiki and tried the shortcut method [ B + C + C + B ]


any ideas folks?
