How do I group in this game?

Hi guys,

I'm quite new and lived as a hermit for a while. A friend of me likes to join the game (I know with the security word thingy he can get at me pretty easily). However I was wondering if there is a way to share claims? I'm not sure how other groups do this, do they just claim personal land and then add the others to friendly status and grant them all acces? Or is there a way to share one claim together and thus be able to increase the claim without having a village idol ?
I've seen small towns with 2 or 3 people in it but don't exactly know how they do this with claims and so on.

There are two ways to do this. One with a Personal Claim the other with a Village Claim.
Personal Claim: Add him as a kin then in the kinlist assign him to a color. After that, right click your Personal Claim (The skull thingy you built) and go to the color you set him as. Now give that color permission to Trespass, Steal and Vandalize your property. Your friend now has full privileged on your property~!

Village Claim: Build a Village Claim and become the Lawspeaker. Invite him into the Village. Done~!

Alright thanks,assuming without a village idol : Is there a way to have him spend his lp on the same claim? Or does he have to claim land a bit further away and connect it to my "claimed land" ?

There is not. He'll just have to feed you his curiosities.
You cannot connect personal claims or get them within 5 tiles of one another.
