Stuck in a palisade

So what exactly should I do.
I've been away a few months working. and my palisade degraded to nothing and some one else moved on to my land in this time. which I would have no real problem with but..
well now I'm stuck in their palisade with my hearthfire inside with it, they have a town deed up so I cannot bash the palisade and none of it is even close to breaking, but the area seems not to be very active. no house or anything.

grab what urs and travel into the wilderness unless u want to join a village or something

like me i had to kill myself same postion youre in you might aswell do the same

hy would u kill urself? destroy ur hearth, travel out into the wilderness or join a village. death isnt required
