Get tired or injured - recovering stamina and health will make you hungry and reduce overstuffed.
Just start plowing manually and then drink water or sit in the chair

Sure.
Digging, building, harvesting - anything that drains your stamina.

If you are not full on stamina, you can drink water to restore 5% stamina at a cost of 1.4% hunger. If you have the skill farming, in ideal method for you to drain your hunger is to use Adventure > Landscaping > Plow field to hand plow the hand for a large stamina drain before drinking water. Despite what the skill does, you can use the command anywhere except it only create plow tiles on forest/grass/moor/heathlands tiles.

I prefer palisades. Until you get like 600+ str, then you can adventure>destroy a palisade, dealing no damage and wasting stamina on it. May take a while if you have high con, but plowing a field by hand uses 25% stamina no matter your con. Except my village is well paved, so there's no dirt to plow, hence palisade.

The amount restored is based on water quality. This is for q10 water.

I like to do things other than plow if I can. You have to sit around and repeat it until tired. I prefer digging. You get worms for fishing and you just keep going until worn out.

q10 is ideal for this since it has a lower stamina:hunger ratio which is what you want for hunger reduction.

Also fishing...kind of defeats the purpose of getting hungry doesn't it?

Yeah, that was my point. I wanted to mention it in case someone was sitting on better water and didn't realize to not use that for drinking.

Well, yeah, but by the time you get enough worms, you'll likely have dug yourself back to very hungry again and can repeat the process. The point of hunger isn't to try and to preserve it and save food, but to be a pig and gain attributes you want!
