I keep getting this same error message whenever I log on my main account, but when I logged on my ALT account, It was working fine.

Not a programming expert, but Im assuming the problem lies with the CART imge resource.
Maybe you dont have the img file?

Is this using the default client, or Enders? If Enders, try to reinstall.

No need to reinstall. Try deleting the .config files in the main directory (I'll put some MBC on Enders). Good chance it's the toolbards (belts) that are borked.
Also, try providing more information with your help request: OS and version, Java and version, video and driver, etc.
