Connection timeout

Weird thing happened to me recently:
When I was playing at my cousin's place, I was using 20KB/s internet with stable signal (WiFi) and the game was overally playable though some parts of map didn't load fully.
When I tried to connect at my camping place WiFi with 30-50KB/s internet I only get timeout message. Do you think that signal stability could be the main problem?
Or maybe there is a way to play the game anyways?

Do you use standard client or custome one?
Was server up at that time?

Are you starting the game from .bat file? Did you set the bat properly? Had the game worked earlier with the same computer and settings?
It is also possible that the game is blocked for your connection, which is quite probable if it's a school or office connection

I was using .bat set by Enders (included in rar folder). I used different computer.
Yeah it might be firewall.
Although I did some research on stable signal internet caffe (cost free/40 mins daily ^^), which had 400ms ping, and game lagged hard, so I think that's it. Bad signal/ping are more important than speed which means I won't be able to play .

i got this message a LONG time ago(i was in the hospital) it could be that the place you were playing from had some kinda netguard on the wifi

while i was in the hopsital could not log into H&H and had to settle for total annialation on me labtop
