How do i eat frogs

I set up shop next to a swamp and river, a nice place, with tons of frogs, leeches readily availible, willows, firs, and pines. However, I'm gradually getting more hungry, since I don't know how to eat frogs. I'm a very noobish noob to this game, so please explain! Thanks!

EDIT: Actually, I read another post, and to be specific, it was toads, not frogs.

As I Cajun, I'd definitely have to throw the recipe for Frog's Legs in there. Although not sure how that would taste for a toad.

if theres a ton of frogs pick them up and maybe you get a shocked frog which you can trade for barrels of food

I also explored and found an apple tree grove (Which I emptied, quite frankly, on one character O.o) And a small herd of rats (Two actually, all in all 6 rats) Which tided me over till I can find a more reliable source of food.

I would suggest not eating rats because it hurts your health but seeing as how you have access to leeches you should be alright. Plus there's the off-chance you can gain a point of PSY so that's always a plus.

Are hurt FEPs really a problem? Swimming and broken shoes will cause more damage and death than hurt FEPs ever will. You'll need to eat hundreds if not thousands of rats to make any headway into killing yourself like that.
