Postby ninja_yodeler » Mon Aug 08, 2011 7:16 am

i did a quick search fro silkmoth in the inn and how do i, then +'sd bait onto it and no results so.

if i use a silkmoth a bait will it live forever? to me this seems quite a good way to store them to stop them dying

as im only just starting up my silk industry im not particularly will ling to risk ones life just yet.

Can you even use them as bait on fishing rods?
Can you remove bait from rods?

they are under bait in the wiki.

and yes you can unequip rods by right clicking. (afaik, ill check)

EDIT; yes you can unequip the rod to get your bait back.

but like i said i cant risk a silkmoth to test myself atm, and i wont even have another unless i manage to catch one or wait from my cocoons (which are first stage worms atm lol)

But don't moths die right when they lay their eggs? I don't see much use for this unless you are first obtaining silkmoths.

yeah, im starting a new hermitage, so i want to be able to store the random moths i find forageing in case i dont find the opposite sex in time..it wouldnt really help people who have a regular supply of moths they hatch themselves

Do they decay if you put them in a carte and the crate in a boat ?

Yes. Items in carts, wagons, and boats decay normally even if they're in a container.
