Revoked Claim LP

If you use a village idol to revoke someone's claim, do they get their LP back?

I think that if your claim is revoked by a village you will not be able to make a new claim until you use the adventure menu to remotely remove your own claim. I think it might be possible that you get your lp back at this time.
