Trade teleporting?

I heard that if someone wants to trade there is a method to teleport to other player via village claim... HOw is it done?

short:
LS of village invites person that should be jumping to party, then invites person by oathing him in by clicking on party icon, TP person destroys his HF and can spawn at idol at next login

...another way is exchanging xroads
