Tiny Abacus Quality

Checked the wiki, it doesn't say anything about the deciding factor of this curio's quality.
Is it purely based on its materials? does PSY affect it, or maybe carpentry?

I think it's capped by sqrt(psy*smithing), but I'm not sure.

I thought I heard survival had something to do with it, which sounds extremely odd to me, but I figured I would throw that in just in case it helps your research.

Just to throw another potential variable in there, prisms are softcapped by SQRT perception * smithing, so perception may be worth investigating.

I don't think anything caps it
