Timber house help corrected 2

I wan to build a timber house I paved ground with stone I have crapentry skill and stone works too
I saw all board and all stuff neded they were in my inventory so I discovered them when
I press build menu but thre is no construction and my current land is not privat

This didn't need a second thread but try logging out and back on. Sometimes the discovery menu takes a moment to reload with new options.
