How do you discovered the boiled egg recipe?
I already got my survival up to 11 but it isnt showing up.

Raising your skill values does not unlock recipes, discovering the ingredients and unlocking the necessary skills does. You'll need to discover eggs first and probably buy cooking and clay working so you're capable of building a cauldron.

Already discovered egg from chicken coop and learnt cooking/pottery.

This is going to sound silly but have you discovered water?

The only other thing I can think of is waiting a bit. These sorts of things seem to solve themselves if you wait a bit.

considering i have a flask and i am drinking off river/bucket/barrel/etc i am pretty sure i discovered water already.

My farmer can make boiled eggs and I'm pretty sure he's never built a cauldron (he's using a metal cauldron, I don't think he's even bought Pottery). Maybe you need to discover HOT water to make boiled eggs? IDK.

No, there's no such thing as "hot water" for discoveries.

Constructions such as the cauldrons have no discovery associated with them. The only things that count as discoveries are ones that you get the bonus LP for.

Could be this. The wiki doesn't list any skills required to make a boiled egg, though. You need this skill to build a coop, though, so nobody might have noticed yet.
