Lawspeaker

We need a bit of help.

Our lawspeaker went inactive and we can't reach him. Village authority is down to less than 30.000.

What do we have to do so one of us can become lawspeaker, beside getting lawspeaking skill?

Get the lawspeaking skill, right click the village idol, and assume the role of lawspeaker.

There is no way for one of you to become Lawspeaker without the Lawspeaker skill.

Teck, that only works if there is no Lawspeaker (by death or by renunciation).
I hope I'm wrong, but I believe you will need to destroy the village idol and make a new one in it's place to assume control.
My answer is based off this thread, not personal experience.

Yeah unfortunately if you have a lawspeaker, alive... youre stuck.
However the only thing you have to destroy is the actual idol.. you will have to replace banners etc but xrs will remain.
And yes, I got the auth to zero.. and everyone left the village etc.. no result.
The lawspeaker was still taken.. althought the player hadnt been on in a month.
I would advise using your key alt as ls, that way this situation wont arise.
