Meat grinder question

Because meat grinders effect the quality of a sausage, would it be better if I made a really good ceramic meat grinder instead of an ok metal meat grinder. Also is there a difference currently, like can the ceramic meat grinder grind all of the sausages that the metal one can?

Metal Grinder can do what the ceramic can and lots more.

As for quality, I think it cheaper and eaiser to obtain higher quality metal grinder than ceramic (which just takes clay which is a stagnant quality resource)> metal resource go up with time (due to firing of smelter with higher quality coal).
