Consitution and raw meat

How low can you level your consitution with raw meat? If you can level it to 0 and live, does that also mean you can make Q0 and -Q leeches?

You cannot lower your stats with food.

I'm pretty sure black stats lower your consitution level.

It takes away HHP not consitution. So I guess you can kill yourself if you have 1HHP and get a black food event.

Raw beef gives CON, though.
