random HF destruction

question:
lets say. some guy doing criminal acts in a random village which is claimed, can he use "Destroy" on a villagers HF? and if so...what will happen to the character if his HF is criminally destroyed? will he be dead whether he is logged in or not?

Yes he can with the "vandalism" skill.
He'll leave scents (vapor of vandalism) though.

The character with no hf will be able to reconnect where he disconnected. Or spawn at a random place of the map.

If this character belongs to a village then he won't have the option to spawn in the wild, but at the village idol
